geography's, including the United States and the European Union.
Kemin is in the process of applying for Safe Harbor protection relating to EU privacy issues.
Personal information submitted online during an employment application
process will be stored in a database located in Belgium for European Middle
Eastern and African applicants, in the United States for US, Canadian, Mexican,
Central American and South American applicants, in India for Indian applicants,
and in Singapore for applicants from the Pacific Rim.

use and access policies for employees. We safeguard customer information from
