Myco CURB® brand Liquid and Dry Preservative

Today's no-till and low-till crop production practices can lead to more frequent development of molds and mycotoxins in the field. During harvest, those organisms can get mixed into grain going into storage, causing deterioration of feed quality and a whole host of animal production issues. That's where Myco CURB brand mold inhibitor can help. This Kemin product stops further mold growth that can affect feed palatability and limit the amino acid content and energy value of mixed grains. Use of Myco CURB mold inhibitor helps reduce heating, prevent grain bridging and caking, preserve nutritional value, and reduce the incidence of feed refusal due to mold-induced palatability problems.

Usage Tips:

  • Harvest at proper moisture and maturity.
  • When weather problems slow harvest, add a broad-spectrum mold inhibitor such as Myco CURB brand liquid mold inhibitor to your feed ingredients going into storage to minimize mold growth and limit mycotoxin development.
  • Apply Myco CURB at the recommended application rate (see specification sheet) with an approved applicator to make sure it is thoroughly mixed in the feed.
  • Regularly monitor the heating and microbial stability of your silage.
  • Follow label directions when using Myco CURB liquid mold inhibitor.
  • Available in both liquid and dry formulations to suit your situation.
